Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

AIKON7 Co., Ltd. handles personal information received during inquiries and client materials received during prototype development according to the standards below.

Information received through the inquiry form

Categories

What we collect

  • Name, contact details, email address, and company name
  • Types of materials you have and their approximate number
  • Times when you are available for a call and the details of your inquiry

→ To respond to your inquiry and prepare for an assessment

Excluded

What we do not collect

  • We do not accept names of third parties other than yourself
  • We do not accept unique identifying information, such as resident registration numbers
  • We do not accept clients' internal documents through the form

→ We receive only the minimum necessary information

Retention

Retention and destruction

  • We retain the information for one year after the inquiry is concluded, then destroy it
  • If you request destruction, we will delete it immediately
  • Send requests to: [email protected]

→ You may request deletion at any time

The inquiry form is submitted through Formspree (United States), and the information listed above is transferred overseas in this process. If you do not consent, please contact us by phone (010-7282-1370) or email.

Handling client materials

These standards apply to documents, drawings, and data received for prototype development.

An agreement comes first

  • We do not receive materials before entering into a non-disclosure agreement
  • We specify the scope and period for receiving materials in the agreement

Storage location

  • We store materials only in repositories in South Korea that we manage
  • We do not upload them to external generative AI services
  • We do not reuse them for work for other clients

Destruction

  • We destroy the materials when the prototype review is complete
  • We destroy them in the same way even if no contract follows
  • We provide a certificate of destruction upon request
