and show it to you. Once you've seen it, we discuss scope and terms. Giving you something
to base your decision on first saves time for both of us.

- We distinguish between materials that can be shared externally and those that cannot
- If we have nothing to offer you, we'll say so

- We sign a nondisclosure agreement before receiving your materials
- We use the documents you actually work with, not sample documents
- We give you something you can try, not a proposal
- We do not charge for this stage

You try it and decide
- You try it yourself and decide whether it is useful
- We tell you upfront what won't work
- Then we discuss scope, schedule, and terms
